The footage you already paid for, finally working.
Most brands are sitting on a library that was cut once, for one placement, and never versioned again. Editing is where the cheapest performance gains on this site have come from.
What editing produces
One body of footage, cut into the set of things a media plan can actually run.
Deliverables
- Ad-ready cuts from existing footage, brand assets or product shots
- Alternative openings, so a hook can be tested without a reshoot
- Cutdowns — the same story at 6, 15 and 30 seconds
- 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 versions framed properly, not cropped blindly
- Subtitles, on-screen type and Hebrew or English localisation
Where editing is not the answer
- There is no usable footage of the product in use
- The angle needs a face the library does not contain
- The brand has changed and the material is off-look
- Every cut has already been tested and fatigued
How the library gets read
Before an edit opens, someone has to decide which twenty seconds of two hours are worth anything.
Audit what exists
Everything shot, everything licensed, everything the brand already owns — sorted by what it could carry.
Map angles to footage
Which claim can be proven with the material in hand, and which one needs something new.
Cut the variations
Openings, pacing, type and length vary; the body of the ad stays recognisable.
Version and localise
Ratios, subtitles and language versions, so one cut reaches every placement and both markets.
Cut from existing material
SaaS and product work assembled largely in the edit.

Amit Shemesh · Strategy & Partnerships, Darrow AIQuestions about editing
How much footage do you need?
Less than most people expect. A single product shoot, a handful of lifestyle clips and the brand's own assets are usually enough for a first round of tests.
Can you match our existing ads?
Yes — matching an established look is the easy half. The useful conversation is about which parts of it are load-bearing and which are just habit.
Do you do Hebrew and English versions?
Both, as a matter of course. Subtitles, on-screen type and voiceover direction are handled per language rather than pasted across.
Is editing available without the monthly partnership?
It is normally bought inside the monthly flow, because versioning pays off over a sequence of tests rather than in one delivery. Standalone editing projects are possible — ask.
Who owns the project files?
You do. The asset bank, organised and named, is delivered to you and stays yours.
Send us your footage library.
We will tell you what is in there that has never been cut — and what we would test with it first.
