This page explains what happens to information when you visit shinobiproductions.net, run by Shinobi Productions (Ran Levi), Israel. Questions, or a request about your data: shinobiproduct@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us — the name, email, brand, budget range and project details you type into the form, plus a code naming the channel you arrived from. We use it to answer you and to discuss working together.
• When you book a call — your name, email and chosen time, handled by Calendly.
• When you message us on WhatsApp — the conversation, in WhatsApp. The prepared message includes a short code (for example "ref: GOOGLE-SEARCH") so we know which channel you came from.
• When you browse, and only with your agreement — pages viewed, videos opened, approximate location by city, device and browser, and the channel that referred you.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information: identity numbers, health, payment card details. Please don't send them through the form.

Cookies and similar technology

Videos use the no-cookie versions of YouTube and Vimeo's do-not-track mode, so watching sets as little as possible.

Who processes it

These companies handle data on our behalf or as independent controllers, each under its own privacy policy: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta, OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads), Calendly, FormSubmit (delivers the contact form to our inbox), Vimeo, YouTube, and Hostinger (hosting, which keeps standard server logs). Some are in the United States, so allowing measurement or advertising means data about your visit may be processed there.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and bookings: while we're in touch and for up to three years afterwards, so we remember previous conversations.
• Analytics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics, in aggregate.
• Advertising: according to each platform's own retention, typically up to about two years.

Your rights

In Israel

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you may tell us not to contact you for marketing. Write to shinobiproduct@gmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days.

In the United States

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or another state with a privacy law, you may request a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and opt out of it being used for targeted advertising. Allowing "Advertising" cookies is what US laws call sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising; refusing them, or setting them to off later, is your opt-out. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically: a browser that sends it gets no analytics or advertising cookies, without being asked. We never sell personal information for money.

In Europe and the UK

If you're in the EEA or UK, we rely on your consent for measurement and advertising, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries for the contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time with the button above, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is aimed at businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
